The primary focus of the crew is a social group. In addition to renaissance fairs the crew attends other public events like Baltimore Pirate Invasion, Team Wench Privateer Feast, and Celtic Fling. Additionally the crew hosts a number of private events each year for crew and friends.

About the crew

The Juryrig also has a sister group called “The Vigilant Crew” that hosts and participates in a number of  East coast living history and reenactment events. The Juryrig does not participate in those events, but a number of Juryrig members are also Vigilant members and participate thru that group. Most of the crew is based out of the Baltimore / Washington DC area, although we do have members from as far away as New Hampshire. All new members must be from the local area .

While the crew does host a number of family friendly events each year it is primarily an adult group. Although guild membership starts at 18 this crew is restricted to those 21 or older.
